Preparation of terms of reference for procurement of software, and hardware and networking.
Supervision of implementation.

The services delivered included:
Analysis of business functions and developing the business architecture of the Green Plan, including financial systems and project management. Mapping of business processes and forms.
Developing systems, databases and applications architecture.
