Basic Education Technical Services Project

The Ministry of Education (MOE) in Egypt has made notable efforts in establishing the basic education philosophy, law, regulations, curricula development projects, instructional materials, and teachers’ training.

To help the Ministry in its efforts, the Academy for Education Development (USA), in cooperation with TEAM, has carried-out the “Basic Education Technical Services Project”.  The project included a large number of Work Orders issued by the Ministry to perform consulting services.

These consulting services included:

• Current state-of-the-field information on and professional analysis of educational problems, issues or programs.
• The planning and execution of research activities related to the analysis of education problems, issues or programs identified; and
• The development of plans and programs to achieve educational goals established by the Ministry.
