Comprehensive Program of a Quality Management System (QMS)

The project covered the implementation of a Quality Management System (QMS) according to ISO 9001:2008 standards, developed by TEAM International Consultants, assessed and accredited by an international certification body.

The program consisted of the following components:

• QMS and Awareness training to around 500 staff on ISO 9001:2008 requirements.
• Coaching all departments on documentaion of procedures, which were identified in sequence in accordance with the requirments of ISO 9001:2008.
• Assisting BCTC staff  in implementing  Quality Management Systems and Procedures.
• Assisting BCTC staff  in documenting the Quality Manual.
• Undertaking the internal audits to assess conformity to the international standards procedures and follow up or corrective actions of non conformities.
