Narrative Description of Project
The project covered the following :
A preliminary design of the training center including the Architectural Designs, specifications and construction cost estimates.
Preparation of construction permit request documents with detail of the estimated costs.
Preparation of bid documents including the bid forms, project details and the general and specific conditions and technical specifications.
Assistance in the execution phase :
Bid opening, studying of the proposals and recommending the best suited.
Preparation of contract documents.
Assisting EDD throughout the construction period by supervising the construction, monitoring progress and checking the adherence to the design and the preset specifications.
