Management Consultancy to the Central Bank of Lebanon

This study responds to the needs of the Central Bank for developing its information system, strengthening bank procedures, and re-orienting management to improve the monitoring of public accounts and debt management. It includes:

• Establishing the requirements for an integrated information system addressing public accounts and debts in order to improve debt management and control debt growth.
• Defining the flow of information between various departments within the Central Bank and between the Central Bank and the public sector, in order to allow for better assessment of the current financial position of the sector.
• Preparing management procedures.
• Preparing an implementation plan for recommended systems, procedures and management methods.
