The scope of this study covered the following activities:


– Diagnostic study of management financial / media systems of the education, information and communication center headquarters and branches in various provinces of Egypt.
– Formulation of recommendations for reorganization.
– Design of filing and secretarial system.
– Definition and documentation of management interrelationship between various regional branches and the headquarters.
– Supervision of implementation of the recommendations.
