The scope of this study covered the following activities:
Diagnostic study of management financial / media systems of the education, information and communication center headquarters and branches in various provinces of Egypt.
Formulation of recommendations for reorganization.
Design of filing and secretarial system.
Definition and documentation of management interrelationship between various regional branches and the headquarters.
Supervision of implementation of the recommendations.
