Narrative Description of Project
TEAM International has organized since 1998 a series of 16 seminars and 3 workshops addressed to school managers, principals, teachers and supervisors related to School Management, Educational Leadership and Classroom Management. Over 600 professionals in public and private schools and universities from Lebanon, UAE, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Yemen, participated in these seminars, which were designed based on specific needs assessment to serve the requirements and expectations of the participants and the beneficiary organizations. A professional team of specialized experts in Education Management, Finance and schools administration were in charge of the design and the implementation of these seminars and workshops, using advanced training methods and modern training techniques, stressing on quality management, and performance management approaches.
