Preparation of a Company Structure and Job Descriptions
Review and update of the Company’s corporate manual, and preparation of Policy and Procedures Manual.
Restructuring the Personnel Department, and preparation of a Human Resources Policy and Procedures Manual, including an Evaluation Appraisal System.
