Promoting Certified Green Transport Services In Lebanon

A high-level analysis of the data collected were performed which includes the following:

• Traffic counts at designated road sections in and around Beirut to assess vehicular flow patterns.
• Boarding and alighting surveys to assess the operational pattern of public transport routes.
• Visual frequency and occupancy surveys to analyze ridership patterns.
• Origin-destination and fare data from passengers on all bus routes in Beirut to understand travel patterns.
• Journey time surveys along selected road sections for cars, service, minivans, and buses
