Updating the economic cost of expropriated land, by applying the actual unit price of expropriated land in US $/sq.m. to the entire area expropriated.
Updating the economic construction cost depended on the actual payments to made to contractors on completed projects, reduced by the value of taxes.
Conducting a travel time survey using the average vehicle method, for the purpose of identifying travel time and speed-delay, along some of the UTDP corridors.
