Description of Actual Services Provided
The services involved field supervision of all works performed by contractor.
Works included earthwork, drainage structures, retaining walls, pavement construction, and asphalt overlays.
Construction supervision services covered works performed at same time all over the length of the road, benefiting from the dry weather during the interval from May to September of each year.
