Technical Assistance for a Road Safety Program

The Roads and Employment Project (REP) financed by the World Bank, includes a technical assistance for road safety which is the subject of these Terms of Reference.

The Objective of this TA is to put Lebanon on a clear path of reducing its number of road traffic fatalities and serious injuries. The areas of focus of this TAs are:

1. The development of national norms and standards for road safety;
2. The development of a National Road Safety Master Plan and related Safe System Projects, and
3. Building capacity in crash data management and road infrastructure safety management.
