Training Programs on School Leadership and Strategic Planning

Several workshops and training programs for 25 Senior educational and administrative staff at the High School, Aisha Oum El-Mouminin School and Doha School, in Educational Leadership and Strategic Planning to reach the appropriate selection and evaluation of staff to fit leadership position.

The program included:

1. Design and implement a training program on the Leadership development for 25 participants in the three schools and administration, on the following themes: Planning and Management, Strategic Management, Leadership, and Educational Supervision.
2. Assist the educational and administrative team during the period of 4 months, through preparing 3 school projects to be presented and implemented; leading to evaluate and select the most appropriate senior staff for Leadership position.
3. Evaluate and assess the participants and prepare appropriate plan towards capacity building in the coming 1-3 years.
