Design of a Citizens’ Roadway Reporting System (CRRS) for public communication on road conditions.
Enhancement of road asset management through ICT solutions to ensure safer, more efficient, and sustainable transport

Description of Actual Services Provided

The consultant’s tasks include:

Assessing current ICT status within the KRG and its road system.
Reviewing relevant laws and regulations to identify gaps and compare with best practices.
Evaluating the fiber optics system and its integration into road management.
Recommending ICT systems for traffic monitoring, safety, CRRS, Wi-Fi access, and more.
Identifying potential ICT suppliers for the road sector.
Providing training for KRG staff on implementing the ICT systems.
